This page is the subprocessor list that HRMXGO publishes and maintains under Section 6.1 of the HRMXGO Data Processing Agreement, and that is referred to in Section 4.1(a) of the HRMXGO Terms of Service. It reproduces Annex III of the Data Processing Agreement. If anything on this page differs from the Data Processing Agreement, the Data Processing Agreement applies.

Notice of changes
Under Section 6.2 of the Data Processing Agreement, HRMXGO gives Customer at least thirty (30) days' notice before authorizing a new Subprocessor to process Customer Personal Data, by email to the Administrator or by a subscription mechanism on this page. Notice is not required for a change of a Subprocessor's name, legal form or corporate group.
Under Section 6.3, Customer may object in writing within the notice period on reasonable grounds relating to data protection, and the Parties will discuss the objection in good faith.
